good bye negative nancy

Well, I've been having a pretty bummer time lately. My con-crud has been lingering longer than usual and I've had a myriad of rejection letters to read all at once...plus, another spider tried to kill me this morning in the bathroom.

However, I have decided that I will be Negative Nancy no more! I am usually a pretty positive person in general so when I'm sad, it really hits me hard. Thus I need to try not to be sad anymore! And what do I do to cheer myself up? Why, blog of course!

Well, it's not so much the act of blogging that cheers me up, but rather the act of writing. I love writing. I've loved writing since I was a kid and I've wanted to grow up to be a professional writer for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, I have yet to grow up. So in the mean time I have this here blog to write in.

Blog posts incoming! Maybe I'll try to space them out. I do have that handy "Schedule" tab. Also I have been somewhat trying not to let my Twitter stream turn into a blog RSS feed. I don't post Twitter updates very often, but I do respond to people! Feel free to harass me! Frelnik does constantly!
